Data collected
The site collects data through one channel only: the quotation request form. The company collects nothing when you merely browse the pages. The provider hosting the site may, however, log connections for its own operation and security; it is named in the legal notice.

The service that routes your request also keeps its own technical log, on the company’s server: it records a request arriving, with your company name and the number of items, the success or failure of its delivery, and a truncated form of the connecting address — the network the request comes from, not your device. Your email address, your telephone number and your message are never written to it.
No sensitive data within the meaning of the regulation is requested: no origin, opinion, health data or biometric data.
Purpose
This data serves only to process your quotation request and reply to you. It is used for no other purpose: no unsolicited marketing, no profiling, no resale.
Legal basis
Processing rests on pre-contractual steps taken at your request: you ask for a quotation, and replying means keeping the information you provided for as long as necessary.
Recipients
Your request is passed only to the people within the company responsible for answering it. It is not sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. Its technical delivery may involve a provider acting on the company’s behalf and on its instructions alone, making no other use of the data.
Transfer outside the European Union
The company is established in Morocco, where your request is received and processed. Morocco is not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, which means the level of data protection there is not presumed equivalent to that of the Union.
If you reside in the European Union, this transfer is based on the performance of the pre-contractual steps you requested: without it, your request could not be handled.
Retention period
Quotation requests are kept for as long as needed to process them, then for the duration of any commercial relationship that follows, and finally for the applicable limitation and accounting retention periods.
Technically, your request sits in a queue while it is routed to the person who will answer it — a few seconds under normal conditions. If routing fails, it stays there and further attempts are made at regular intervals. For as long as the failure lasts, your request is not deleted: the company has chosen to keep it until routing becomes possible again, rather than lose it. It is erased as soon as it is delivered.
Two situations, and only two, lead to a request being deleted without having been delivered. If the email address given cannot be read by our systems, attempts stop after seven days. If the request becomes unreadable in the queue — which can only result from data corruption — it is deleted without delay, since it can never be sent. A failure of the mail service, by contrast, never causes a deletion.
Your rights
You hold the following rights over data concerning you:

- a right to erasure: to request its deletion
- a right to object: to refuse a processing operation
- a right to restriction: to freeze its use while a dispute is resolved

Complaints
If our reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP) in Morocco.
If you reside in the European Union, you may also refer the matter to the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Security
The site’s pages are static: they are served as they are, with no database behind them. The quotation request form is the one exception: your request is received by a service running on the company’s server, which writes it to a queue for the time it takes to route it. That queue answers to no public address — that service alone reads it — and the request is erased from it once delivered, under the conditions stated above.
Exchanges between your browser and the site are encrypted by HTTPS, and your request travels through that same encrypted channel. No measure makes a system impregnable: what is described here is what the company puts in place, not a guarantee of outcome.
Automated decision-making
No decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken by automated means. Every quotation request is read and handled by a person.
